Do Podcasters Want Feedback?
Maybe I’m weird (we may have established that previously), but I love when I got constructive feedback or praise. Maybe it goes back to when I was a waiter. If someone complained, I had a chance to fix the issue and still get a tip. In fact, if you solved an upset customer’s problem, you often had a customer for life.
In the past I’ve offered reviews/audits of podcasters (these are part of your subscription to the School of Podcasting), and yet the number of people who take me up on the offer is not staggering.
I thought it may be that these reviews are then made public. So I’m thinking of coming up with a new service where the review is kept private.
The #1 Question is “How do I grow my podcast” and yet nobody seems really interested in feedback on their show
